Refund Policy

Subscriptions

At Dating Frame, we are committed to providing our customers with a satisfactory experience. If a customer is not fully satisfied with their purchase, they have seven (7) days from the subscription date to request a full refund. Additionally, within the first 30 days of purchase, if there are any technical issues or faulty content caused by our platform, customers will be entitled to a full or partial refund.

Fair Usage Refunds

At Dating Frame, we understand that our customers have varying usage and consumption needs. To support this, we offer a Fair Usage Refund, where a customer can request a partial refund for the most recent billing period if they have not used or consumed content on the platform to a level deemed fair use.

Boost Purchases

Dating Frame does not refund money for Boosts that have been purchased and then used. If the customer feels there is god reason to request a refund, then we will hear each request on a case by case basis.

Dating Frame is able to refund purchases of Boosts that haven’t been spent. The customer will be entitled to request a refund of their Boost, if they can provide a just reason for the request.
